Everybody has a routine during a day where habits are formed. Get into a good habit in which you are consistently doing the same food intake per day. You can have the favorite snackes and sweats but be sure you know how much you eat per day. An example of a routine meal time line is from what time you wake up and go to sleep. From 8:00am—10:00am eat breakfast foods like toast, eggs, and cereal. Very good low calories meals that can help during breakfast times. From 12:00pm-1:00pm eat lunch meals like sandwiches, chicken noodle soup, or some pasta. Very good low calories meals during lunch. From 5:00pm-8:00pm eat dinner meals like Spaghetti or pasta, Baked chicken, beef, or fish, or grab a baked potato. Low calories meals that can really help with your diet. You can have a small snack or sweats between meals. Just develop a routine in which you are comfortable with and stick with it.
